LS2 Throttle Body on LS2 engine?

LS2 Throttle Body on LS2 engine? I know this has been asked 1000s of times, I have read so much I am more confused now than I was before. Here is what I have: 200& Trailblazer SS LS2 engine, LS3 heads and intake. Having the PCM tuned for a Cadillac CTS-V because I am using a T56, and evidently both cars use the same E67 (?) PCM. So tuner guy says I need to get a car LS2 or LS3 throttle body. I am having a harness made (going in an 86 Monte SS).
So my question: I'd rather go with an LS3 throttle body, can anyone confirm that it will or won't work?
