Just finished up my installation. Not super familiar with names of parts so try to bare with me. On start up it starts fine, then dies without higher RPM's...My question is could it be because my Janzter Black Widow 92 mm throttle body didn't come with a hole drilled in the blade? Also, the hose that runs to the top left of the throttle body doesn't have anywhere to go on this throttle body since I'm a dummy and got rid of the the stock tb and forgot that piece... Is that piece necessary? What is that elbow called? Any insight would be much appreciated. Also, would not having that tube on throw an SES light? Because I now have one.
heres the pics.

that opening is sucking unmetered air in, so yeah it isn't going to run right. for a TEMPORARY fix, i'd at least cap off the hole on the throttle body.
i'm surprised it didn't come with the throttle body. looks like a nice piece.
is that the stock bellow you have on it? was it easy to slide it on?

Fix the hose leak and then turn the set screw 1/8th turn at a time until it will start and idle, then turn it a little further.
Once you've done that, I would get it to operating temp then turn it off and disconnect the battery. Let it sit long enough to reset the pcm then start it and let it idle without messing with the throttle for about 5 minutes. Then kill it and restart it a couple times.

Someone else might have some better tips, but that's how I handled mine. Bought it used and previous yahoo drilled the TB blade. I had to plug that just to get it to idle under 2000rpm.
The screw is on there for a reason.
EDIT:
BTW, I meant kill the car each time you adjust or let it stay dead but turn the key off then back on. You likely won't be able to turn the screw with the car running, but don't try it anyway.
