Default What is this?

A while back when I removed my AIR pump I had to remove a vacuum tube that ran to this. I capped it off at the connector you see. When I put a new intake on my car, I ended up breaking the hard plastic vacuum line that goes to the T for the So I said screw it and capped the back of the intake off. Do I need the thing that the electrical connector plugs into in the pic? I want to reconnect my hvac but I have that open plastic line on the passenger side of engine in the back and I don't know were it Shoukd b reconnected.

Think I figured it out. One side of the T goes to the back of the manifold, and then the other side goes to that hard vacuum line. and the bottom of the T is connected to the plug in. Right? And the plug in controls the hvac. Right? Lol

As it's part of the A.I.R. system that you've removed, you can remove it.

Can we assume you've had the A.I.R. system tuned out?

Ya it's gone. just my hvac doesn't work because of that hard vacuum line towards the back of the intake that T'd into this thing. Can I connect that hard line directly too the back of the intake?

Hvac is your air conditioning?

OK, you've removed the stuff circled in this pic. The line going to the right out of the shot goes to a T-fitting. The other hose on this T-fitting goes to the AC system.

Right. Part of the T connects to the manifold then goes to the a/c system then the other side goes to that electrical piece pictured above. Do I have to have that electrical piece on order for my ac to work again? Or can I connect they AC vacuum line directly to the back of the intake and get rid of that electrical connector and the 2 lines?
