Default 101mm or 96mm TB? Time for a MAF?

I have an '02 Camaro SS with AFR 205 heads, Comp MS3 cam, Pacesetter longtubes, and an SLP lid with their ram air "blackwing" intake. I will be going with TSP true duals with bullets.

I've been looking at the Typhoon 96mm intake manifold/throttle body combos from yates performance. I was wondering... for my setup, 101mm or 96mm throttle body? Different MAF, and which one? (I will be getting retuned at Virginia Speed). Also, would I be able to retain cruise control, and would I need a different throttle cable or injectors? Would I need to locate connectors for the intake/tb/maf setup to connect to my SLP intake?

How would this setup compare to a FAST 92/92 setup?

I'm trying to make sure that my car has as little downtime as possible, so I'd like to have all the possible snags worked out in advance. There seems to be very little info on this setup on LS1TECH.

Thank you for any help you can offer on the subject.
