the crecent wrench is a good idea, problem is the space! so tight! isnt the box ended wrench better to reach out? its 8 pm now ill leave this for 2moro..

true story!...u cant get it for 120, thats only is middle east found the socket finally. on its way all the way from usa..

 

The Oil Pressure sending unit is pretty easy to get to once the intake is off.

 

not really...see pic....you will still need the socket for the reinstall..

 

I'm gonna do my ls6 intake tonight. Doesn't look too difficult. I am sure your problems are that you don't have easy access to tools.

This thing should wake up with the intake! Its bein held back being cammed and all.

 

yep deff tools! i seriously wasted more money on gas searching for the damn socket than having it shipped all the way from usa lol good luck with yours.

 

gas here is 3.19 a gal......how much is it in your neck of the woods?

 

holy **** haha it surely is NOT fun owning a LS1 in the US then lol, its 1.78 usd a gallon here..it was half price 3 years ago ..you should see saudia arabia; a gallon of gas run 0.61 usd. cant beat that!

 

It is $3.70 where I am. I did the LS6 intake swap tonight. Took me about 2 hours. I can see why people have trouble. Some of the lines behind the intake could be easy to break.

Best thing I can say is feel around with your hand, feel around again, then feel some more, then take a mirror and look, then feel again. Double check everything back there!
