Nailed it. Its a vacuum line for HVAC. common problem that that line will crack, so be gentle putting it back in.

If it cracks you can get replacement tubing from Autozone or Lowes. Reuse the T fittings/Angles etc.

It goes between the back of the intake and the AIR solenoid on the driver's side, which is the small solenoid attached to the intake with a bracket. (There's another thin line from that solenoid to the big AIR valve in back against the firewall.)
The other connection on that T is for the line to the pass. side that goes to a Y, one side of that for HVAC.

Default Is it important?

I'm bringing this back just because I may have not installed my intake correctly. A FAST 102 was put on by me, and I didn't connect that line to the back of the intake. I left it out because I'm no longer have the EGR and AIR in the car. The nipple on the back of the intake is currently connected to a vacuum line that may have possibly connected to the end of the T fitting vac line. At least that my guess, but my question is is that T fitting vac line needed?
thanks you guys
