Bye Bye cats?
just took off my cats bcuz i had 1 stock and 1 shitty aftermarket one that was already rattling. Go ahead and throw up some jacks stands and cut um, this way you can resell them or w/e and exhaust shop won't question "removing cats". They'll probably weld in some pipe for like 20-30 bux. It's a good choice if you want some extra noise, and you are not sacrificing any performance.
I miss my TSP Rumbler so bad. My newer TA came with Mid-Tubes, ORY, and Magnaflow, of course no cats. My old TA had stock manifold, stock cats, and Rumbler cat-back. It sounded like dontbl1nks, even without the headers. That Rumbler really has a wicked, throaty sound. I plan to try a Rumbler with my current set-up, and if it is still raspy, adding a high-flow cat.
