I personally DD it with the exhaust dumped at the axle and love it.
That's Good about it that I can swap the bullet if I want to, Do you have a a video sounclip of your hooker maxflow, If so Can you pos it?

Wrong.

It comes down to the merge. You even said it in your own post, note sentence two.

Wrong. Would you mind explaining what in the internal plays a part in this? The exhaust dictates this.
Now do ls1s with said exhaust sound like an ls1 and a mustang sound like a mustang? Sure.

Wrong.

Cats will rob more power than that, especially once the mods start rolling in. Where are you getting a complete kooks setup for 900$?

Looks like ***, a fm merge would do wonders for both power and sound.

Im getting my numbers from gm high techs dyno test of random tech high flows, on a bolt on motor it lost 5 at the crank, and i said a Kooks style setup, meaning 3 inch, mandrel bent over the axle with no panhard relocation for 900 plus the cost of whatever tips

Misunderstood you on the kooks.

Well, I guess I should change the merge with an FM when I get The Pacesetter ORY before I install it, the whole system is 3", the closest FM Merge I can get is 3" inlet to 3.5" outlet, I guess I have to move it down to 3" in the outlet, then after I hear how it sounds like I may keep the Dynomax bullet or swap it with another race style muffler like FM 10, XR-1, Hooker Maxflow or the Magnaflow that they use for Magnamouth.

Bullets/spirals/sweet thunders all sound like *** compared to a flowmaster 1 chamber.. Any ory who says different has never heard a 1 chamber in person.

You can run 3" from the collectors to the merge.. on the exit, go 4".. at this point you can one of two things.. put whatever muffler/bullet you want on and leave it.... or... add a cutout, reduce back down to 3" after the cutout, run it over the axle like normal into whatever exhaust setup you want.

i have pacesetter lt's texas speed y pipe with high flow cats and the lm2 (also had lm1 on the car) and its a great sounding setup IMO
a car that is loud because of the muffler will sound that way, a car thats loud because it makes power will sound like it makes power. Ricers are a perfect example

Ok, Like you said, This is what I'm Gonna do: I'm gonna put a FM merge 3" inlet to 4" outlet in the Pacesetter ORY then a 4" QTP Manual Cutout, then a 4" to 3" pipe reducer to the exhaust, I would have to cut maybe about 12 inches of the exhaust pipe,as far as the Dynomax bullet, I don't know yet to replace it but so far I'm considering Flowmaster Deltaflow 10 series sounds really good!!! How does that plan sound???

This is how the Pacesetter merge looks:

And this is how the Flowmaster merge looks:

What do I need to get it with the same curve as the Pacesetter, would I need 45 degree elbows like this???

Ill have to disagree, i hate the 1 chambers on both y pipes and duals. But I think part of that is that in so cal everyone and their mother has Flowmasters on their V8. I am a fan of chambered mufflers. But back on, topic OP the 4 inch Flowmaster merge will smooth the rasp more than the 3.5 Inch. I would do a 4 inch bullet right after the merge

Then after the bullet the cutout so when you open it up it don't sound crappy, or should I put the cutout before the 4" bullet, I'm kinda confused.
