would a tune benefit good for torque and hp with headers ORY and a cutout?

Which do you recommend? I am going to save up for either lts an an ORY. Probably bbk. Or a tsp tumbler catback. Right now I have stock cutback with a cutout before the muffler and am looking for more power throughout the powerbound and I wouldn't mind more sound. Also if I got headers I would probably get a tune by frost. Which option would be the better route? Maybe someday I will get both but which is better to start with
If your M6 no, its a waste of money & especially if you plan on doing more mods (cam) in the future. A4 cars would benefit from it some, with torque mgmt & shift points raised. BTW, the BBK LT package is a great budget header with great features & price.

Would it sound like crap with a cutout headers and ORY? Anyone have a sound clip of this? I would like a catback but honestly cutout is way more in my price range. Plus nothing flows better 
If its gonna hurt my ears inside the car though idk :/
If its gonna hurt my ears inside the car though idk :/ Its gonna be loud with the cutout open so I wouldnt recommend driving it around everywhere like that.

if you put long tubes on your car, you should definitely look into a tune, some may not need it, but most i have seen require a little work on the computer. you're going to have to tune out the rear O2's with the ORY anyways, so you might as well finish the job.
