Default Car dies then wont restart......

99 ss stock ls1 6 speed
car will run and drive fine no issues. But then it will shut off and not restart. Today i drove it around the block, parked it running went to move another car and it shut off, tried to restart it wont turn over.

tried locking unlocking nothing. Waited about 5 min now it will crank but wont fire. If i wait some more time it will turn over. Tested fuel pump it has good psi. Im thinking VATS?

tried searching but this search sucks. thanks guys

Sounds like VATS but VATS would usually kill it immediately. Check wiring to the alternator?

do u have fire coming out your coils to your plugs?i had similiar prob finaly figured it out the wiring harnes conecting to coils didnt have ground for some reason the ground wire "black wire in the clip" didnt have ground so i just added a ground from coil bracket to clip and car turned on no more problems.
