Another Duals Muffler Pick Thread So I am tired of my rattly spiral flows. there is a broken baffle and it's driving me nuts so it's time for a new pair of muffs.
Setup: Pacesetter 1 3/4 long tubes, TSP 3" true duals dumped, in spring will have 233/239 cam installed(111 lsa).
So there are a million options out there for mufflers to put on here and hearing the right combo that matches mine on videos is near impossible. What I want to know is
What Muff delivers the deepest most aggressive tone? I am not concerned with overall loudness one way or the other. I have heard the sweet thunders in person and LOVED them, but hear a lot of people say they like the Flowmaster single chambers. What are you're takes on those?
Also as a reference point I don't like the sound of the tsp bullets. Just don't care for it...it's not clean enough for me. The spiral flow is ok...but a little to much rasp(I think) and not aggressive enough(volume is ok, tone needs more aggression)
What do you guys think I should get? Nothing crazy expensive

I know you said you don't like the sound of the TSP bullets, but were you aware they changed the bullet's they use? I bet the one's you've listened to weren't the new one. I just put mine on and they sound awesome. I know they used to use Dynomax bullets, but that's not the case anymore.
Everyone I know runs the bullets, some have had them for a long time, some are new, so i'm sure I have heard them...it's just too straight pipe sounding for me. i like a clean aggressive tone not just savage mix of a bunch of different pitches. As of now I am leaning on the single chambers because of the video I posted, just depends on which I can find for cheaper I guess.
If there isn't much sound difference between x and h I will be extremely happy.
I will get flamed for this, but does anyone else think that the T/A in that video sounds a bit like a full exhaust 4.6 mustang? Just that hollow echo kinda growl...IDK I really like the sweet thunders too.

I ran one chambers for years before I put my GMMG on. I loved the sound at WOT. The drone at low RPM got old. So I decided to run a catback. I still run dumped one chambers on my 67 Camaro and I love them on it even at cruise speed.

What do you mean? Does it like not sound good at low rpm like driving around town? Just elaborate or maybe find a clip that encompasses what you're talking about
