Default compression and heads question

so im picking up either a 224/224 583" lift cam or 228/228 583" lift cam both on 112 lsa, but im having a hard time choosing heads. will be from texas speed, and im stuck between the three listed below, mainly because i have no clue which of these is the best, to go stage one or two, and my other question, this will not be a blower car for a very long time so should i raise compression to increase torque? after choosing a head what should i mill them to?

Heads, compression and Cam all work together to improve air into the cylinder, and spent gas out. The configuration of the cam, heads, and compression should be coordinated and in synch. I strongly suggest you speak to Texas Speed or someone in the know to help you "package" this mod. Throwing parts at it will not get you the best results.
