Flowtech Headers

I was wondering if the Flowtech headers, the cheap ones, are any good. I think they're like $380. I love the price, but are they descent?
I have a 98 Z28.

same as the hooker seeing how hooker owns them the only difference is the flanges on the collecters there a little thinner

Are the ones on Thunder Racing lt's? It doesnt say, but a buddy of mine said they were. I wasnt sure. What kind of gains will can i expect on my mainly stock 98 z28? I have a lid, K&N, Ram air kit, and cutout....

Are the Flowtech headers on Thunderracing.com long tubes, or mid length? Also, what kind of gains can i expect with the Flowtech headers and off-road y-pipe with cutout before rear axel?

flowtech's are LT's..they are about the same as the hooker design..install isn't bad at all, and no dyno yet, but i can definetly tell it pull a lot harder now..hope that helps any..
