Default What causes an engines rpm's to come down very slowly????

I recently swapped my regular ls6 for a ported ls6 and replaced knock sensors. Now when i start my car it idles a little high and when i rev it the rpm drop very slowly, kind of hang up and then drop. Do I have a vacuum leak or what? The pcm threw a code but it might be the same 2 knock sensor codes that i had before b/c i reset the comp. but i did replce the sensors, but i might have a real knock or it might have to be fixed somewhere else????? Also I over-torqued the intake bolts the 1st time and then i had to back them out and torque them to the right specs, could I have ruined the intake gaskets? I ordered new intake gaskets but gmpartsdirect is taking freakn forever to ship them. what's the problem you think?
