Deep below 2k, 2k-4k rasp galore, anything above it just screams.
Ask me how I'd know. Lol. I switched it out for a borla xr1. Still raspy under certain conditions. I'm planning on getting a better merge in the y-pipe and getting some high flow cats in the y-pipe or maybe a couple powersticks behind the axle.

^^^ that is pretty much how I feel as well. I'm running pacesetters, tsp ory, lm2 and experience some nasty rasp right around 2500-3000. But I love the sound at wide open throttle, especially cammed. I know the lm2 catches a lot of hate on these boards but I feel it is an extremely aggressive sounding exhaust at full throttle. Best of all there is no drone and is actually not that loud when cruising. Beware the lm2 muffler does neck down some between the inlets.

Idle is great, as stated 2k-4k rpm is drone city, and higher wot it screams. Id suggest a powerflo setup. Its the perfect compromise. Wicked idle, hardley any drone and still screams pretty good at wot. I love mine......

I have heads and cam with pacesetter LTs with the newer style TSP ORY. My LM2 now has a pypes M80 muffler on it in place of the LM2 muffler. I love it!! It is quite a bit on the loud side! I too like the 2500-3000rpm range, i tend to catch other people off gaurd in that RPM range! Scared the crap out of quite a few people!! Its friggin awsome!!!

I have American Racing headers and Ory with lm2. Its loud as hell but I love it!! I will be adding the powerflo though, just so the neighbors will get off my *** hairs..lol

BBK LTs, ORY with LM2 here. Great sound. As long as you have a great merge and no leaks around the resonator it will sound great. cold starts just sound awesome, regular cruising is deep and pretty damn loud and WOT is just brutal in all regards.

Ive been wanting to hear the LM2 series as well. Nothing but LM1 videoclips. I have my camaro with stock manifolds, no cats, stock y pipe with a LM1 dumped and my god its loud. I found a LM2 locally, will be picking it up thursday. At the moment it has a spintech exhaust dumped, but its too quiet, so time to try a LM2.
