Default LS6 to FAST 102

Hey guys, currently i have a LS6 intake on my car, the car internals are completly stock nothing done except exhaust. My question is should i go ahead and upgrade to the FAST 102 with a 90/92 tb. Later on i will be going with a TSP 408 engine. Is the 102 overkill for my car as it is now or should i just wait.

No i would just wait until u go w/ the 408 and see if u can pick up a used one in the meanwhile and Yes i would say its overkill on a stock LS-1 !

I'd probably just spend the money elsewhere. From what I've read, the LS6 and Fast have the same gains on a stock engine. The Fast only starts to pull ahead when cam/heads are introduced.

i would wait, cause if you decide to get LS3 type heads instead of LS2 (they flow better for about the same price) then you would have to get another intake. i am gonna go 408 next year with LS3 heads, and i can not use my FAST 92/92 on it

My 408 is going to be a Gen 3 block, so if you want i could take your setup off your hands if you want to make some money for your build

I bought brand new ls3 heads for 700 shipped.

On a side note, even tho your block is gen 3, the gen 4 top end will work as long as you have a 4 inch bore or larger.

Bloodhound Z28 - I have a LS6 CTS-V and am thinking about some heads, what brand are the LS3 heads your selling and do you know if they will fit the 3.xx bore block?
