Default Exhaust setup, will it fit?

I'm going to have a custom exhaust made for my car and I just wanted a little feedback.

The car is a 2002 Z28 with a 408, t56, and Strange S60. I'm going to be getting a set of TSP stainless headers when they get them back in stock.

Here is my current plan for the exhaust:
I want to run 3" off the headers into a 4" merge over the axle into a 4" Magnaflow #14153 single in/out race muffler.

The question I have is will a 4" pipe fit over the S60 without a panhard bar relocation kit? Will it fit with the relocation kit, or do I need a new plan?

I have heard of 4" mufflex fitting. A phb relocater has to be used.

If they can fit true duals over the axle of a strange then it should fit. Phb relocation of course
