Default anyone buy those big end fab. valve covers?

I've seen these advertised but I'm a little sceptical. Has anyone seen them? Do they use the stock gasket?

I bought a set to see and they are horrible. They do not use a factory gasket it's their own. Have had several customers that purchased those first call and order a set from us.

I've got a set of Aaron's fabbed covers and a cheap ($85) E-Bay set. I've had the Aaron's set on my car for 3 yrs with no problems. The E-bay set is in a box awaiting my next project. Couldn't tell any difference in the quality of either set...

Which ones are horrible nate? And why would you buy any since you fabricate your own? Just wondering? When I got mine I had went thru another sponsor on here and paid for what I thought was custom billet. Not what I recieved. They are very nice and Nate does make very nice valve covers. Had I known at the time I would have gone thru them directly.

Sorry never answered it but The Ebay I just bought a set to see the quality I have customers looking for a cheaper solution (These are far cheaper than we could ever produce) and they are like bolting a tin can on your heads. I gave them away.

Really??? Arrons are works of art compared to them and far thicker mounting flanges and material. Not to mention the huge bolt sleeve that would be in the way of any aftermarket rockers out there. You get what you pay for.

Nate, where do you get the flanges? Do you make those as well? I'd like to try making a set of valve covers for ***** and giggles, but cant find flanges for the life of me.
