Default Cheapest headers?

I'm going to be modifying/cutting some headers so I'm looking for something mild steel (stainless sure, doesn't matter) 1 3/4 primaries, that's as inexpensive as possible, and made to fit 4th gen LS cars. I've been looking around, but any help would be great. Thanks

Yeah I've noticed those, but they're stainless and in the $180 range. Is there anything mild steel and less expensive? I know I'm being a cheap ***, but I'm trying to keep initial costs down since I'll have to have them coated later.

What's wrong with stainless? BBK LTs and ORY package is the best bang for your buck IMO.

It's going in a 3rd gen LS1 car, so I'll have to move a tube or 2 around.

Just asking since I've been burned on finding cheaper parts AFTER I bought other ones before.

why not post in the Parts Wanted section and maybe you'll get lucky....find someone who wrecked a car and damaged the collectors or something, you never know.

Yeah you're not going to find anything cheaper than Ebay except for maybe ebay used. Pacesetter used maybe but even that is pushing it. But why spend money on cheap stuff that you'll replace one day? Just save up and get stainless so you never have to worry about it again.

I spent $1400 on my ARH 1-7/8" LTs and 3" ORY and I am glad I went stainless right from the start. TSP stainless is cheap, ~$500, I would have gotten those but they were out of stock when I wanted to order

$160-180$ is very cheap for headers..If your gonna hack at them anyway then def. go with e-bays...their stainless. I would say their gonna be quality headers for what your going to do with them.
