Po171 and p0174 system lean bank 1 and 2

Po171 and p0174 system lean bank 1 and 2 Sounds like I burned my o2's right? Had ran the car with an open y pipe for a month and these codes come on and off. Car idles a lil rough and jerks at low rpm not too mention it feels like it got its ***** cut off. Seems like it loss power.must be since the computer isn't reading the o2 right?any help will be appreciated.
