Default Losing power around 2000-2500 rpms and SES light on

I have noticed power losses from 2000-2500 rpms, but once 3K is hit power comes back. I have also had the passenger side 02 sensor go out on me after 1000 miles (twice). I just got dual exhausts installed and I can tell it is on the passenger side. There is carbon build up on the passenger side tip and none on the drivers side. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and had my codes read: Random Misfire and passenger side 02 bad.

I have looked through the forums and basically am going to do the following:

-Check the MAF to make sure it isn't dirty

-Check plugs on passenger side. They were changed 30,000 miles ago

-Move the coil packs around to see if the fault moves to a different cylinder

Does anybody have any other suggestions?
