Help

Okay, so I crank my car up after about a few weeks of just sitting up, I let it warm up and then I try and drive it, it idles fine but as soon as I try and take off it jumps and cuts out and my temperature guage will start to move up and down, I always thought it was my clutch but Im not sure, anybody have any suggestions, and it only does it when I start off like if I can ever get it going it wont do it till I stop again. SO I need some help!! Im not sure if this is the right forum but oh well!

Do you have a scanner to upload data from coolant temp, MAF, MAP, RPMs, spark advance, LTFTs for both banks, and front O2 sensor outputs for both banks?

If not...oh well!
