Default Vibrant bullet race mufflers

Does anyone have any experience with these mufflers or have any sound clips of them? I'm really considering running them. The setup I want to run is for race only and cruise every once in a while. I want to run a simple and light exhaust, so I want to run headers into some short piping then into some bullets. Any input guys?

Not much out there on them except that "they are decent for the price".

For the money, I'm sure there are better option out there. These are kind of, not really used by anyone.....must be some reason.

That isn't true. People use them in the import world just not much here on the domestic side of things.

My old 275 car, solid roller 14to1 383, Vibrant race bullet off of 1 7/8 kooks. This muffler was the size of a soda can and almost just as lite!

And I was just about to give up on this thread. I've seen a few people running them in other forums. It seems that drag racers like them for tracks that require certain db levels and that they are very light and not horribly expensive.

This is the muffler I got when I found out how much Burns mufflers cost! The class rules were you had to have a muffler, this is a very lite piece and is hard to beat for the money.

A video from the old shop. I had to check twice and see if that was mine broke down to the side. It doesn't even sound like it has a muffler on it.

I just want to know if this muffler is going to quiet my car down enough. Its drag purpose but I like to go on cruises a few times out of the year. I think I'm going to try out there 9" mufflers

What exhaust configuration? I'm guessing true duals w/a crossover?
