Default exhaust gaskets

Hey guys just wanted some opinions on this i just got my pacesetter lt headers and i heard not to use the paper gaskets that come with them so whats the best to go with i found these and just wanted to see if u guys thought they would be good quality from ws6 store

Yup, those are the GM gaskets. Theyre very good gaskets, and they are what I use.

RE-USE your stock gaskets , no need to spend the extra cash for more

ive re-used the gm mls gaskets on alot of the header installs ive done , and have never had a issue with them , a few vehicles even had over 100k on them

I have some kooks multi layer steel gaskets if you would like them or use stock.

they are very reusable..but for the piece of mind go with gm ml..

sorry to hi-jack thread, anyone know a good place to get multi layer steel ones for 1-7/8 port gaskets? just purchased 1-7/8 headers, cost me $1,100 ceramic coated here and didn't get gaskets with it at all.

as stated re-use your stockers

im using mine with 1 7/8's on my gto

oh ok, cool will do that, here in Australia everything seems to be a bit more expensive, that's why with our dollar so strong compared to the US dollar atm a lot of people are spending big buying items from America, especially LS series parts.

They were pacemaker 1-7/8 ceramic coated 4 into 1 headers, that was through there distributor, every where else was around $1,200-$1,300, these are 2nd from the top in quality some say the best but there is another brand that's even more expensive again, meant to be better but a lot have said for the extra money there not convinced, some say that there worth the extra money. If our cars weren't right hand drive i'd order them from the states that's for sure.

Forgot to mention i reused my stockers, for piece of mind and no complications i would get new, we'll see if they hold up
