need exhaust help

need exhaust help alright last saturday i replaced my clutch but when i took off the y pipe to lwer the trans i broke a stud that connects my catalyst to my exhaust manifold i have been playing with this stupid thing for a while and im about ready to crank her up with no y pipes and drive her into a brick wall. all i want is this stupid stud out so if u have some ideas please let me know thanx
Is it broke off flush??
If there is a little stud sticking out you can try to remove it with vice grips or a stud remover. (little heat on there would help it come out)
Worse comes to worse you'll need to drill it out & retap, which may require the removal of the manifold.
