What lid is this?

Im in an area with some tight clearance and I need a lid like this. I found a picture but I don't know what brand or where to buy it at. Any help will be appreciated.

I have an MTI lid. After searching and searching I think its a UPD lid that they dont make anymore. That sucks.

I agree, the OP's lid is the original TSP lid. I had one before on my old car.
