i just got mine yesterday, and wanted to paint them like you did, how did you get that greasy coating off so the paint would stick? i have a few different degreasers i could try, but just havent had the time. thanks

I got mine today and it goes on first thing in the morning. I am tired of shifting at 2k rpm's. I am embarassed at how loud my car is with LT's ory and a bullet muffler.
IMO sound deadeding doesn't translate into lack of flow. It's entirely possible for them to be louder, but still not flow well. From that posted pic I don't see how they could flow nearly as good as bullets. Physics, the silent killer. Maybe this won't make any difference in Hp or Tq, who knows.

LOL...Yeah I was there during Dre's exhaust changes..and his car did slow down with nothing but a muffler change. If someone has the time/coin, they should get a flow comparison between the two mufflers. my $.02

It is installed and what a difference. It has no rasp, no drone and is a touch quieter than the LM when the car was stock. I am sure it is more restrictive than the dynomax bullet, but at least i can drive it without fear of a ticket. For anyone that has LT's, ORY and a LM i just don't see how you can drive it.
