longtube headers installed rubbing issues

its just barely rubbing it rattles when im idling in traffic after i let of the brake and then when i give it throttle i dont know where to go with cutting the k-member i might have to pull the header out.

i have a warranty on the install at the exhaust shop im going to take it in and see if they can massage the header to fit around the k-member thats pretty much the only option i have
