Cost of used LS1 Intake Manifold

I hate that this is my first post, but I've been a long-time lurker and have spent quite a bit of time on HybridZ for my Datsun 240z (huge LS following there). I've swapped a Ford 302/T5 in my 240 and I finally made the jump to the LS series with an LM7. Obviously the truck intake won't fit (even with custom mounts). Anybody in the Wichita Falls, TX area have an LS1 intake they're looking to get rid of/trade+cash for a 5.3 truck intake?

Hi everyone I'm a newbie I'm looking for a intake if anyone has one I have a all aluminum 5.3 with 799 heads it for my 69 c10 swb I've got to get rid of the dod but the intake seem to be the hardest thing to come by I don't want to carb the truck I feel like to takes the novelty out of it and the modern convenice out of it tks

You could look through our classifieds sections for an intake manifold. If you need a low rise manifold, I suggest you look for an LS6 manifold.
If your motor came from a truck, it may have a water pump mounted fan and the intake of a LS6 manifold won't work.
A Displacement On Demand engine is a GenIV motor. Post up more specific questions about deleting the DOD system. It can be done, the guys in the GenIV section can guide you. https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...nal-engine-80/
