Way way too much jumping around...
Troubleshoot first, using some logic...
Most obvious thing is your fuel pressure is half of what it should be, and leaks down quickly.
You have to fix that problem before considering anything else

This is all the priming you should need to get a pressure reading.
Please confirm, when you do this prime with a pressure gauge on the line, the pressure is half what it should be (60PSI)?
I still say you pinched or crushed a line.

Updating your first post and then posting a reply saying you did that is confusing. Just post a reply. People following along look at the new replys as they get posted.

Are you still having issues? Have you checked the lines around and above the fuel tank?

your number 7 injector if i remember correctly is one of the furthest from where the fuel comes in to the rail so it is last to get fed. so 30 psi is "enough" to feed the rest of the cylinders but once it gets to that point there just isnt enough fuel left. but before you go pulling the pump again i would by all means change your filter again

I'm quite sure whatever pressure is in one end of the fuel rails matches the other end. Pressure presses upon the entire inside of a pipe or tube equally.
The exception is water pipes going up in a tall building. The pressure at the bottom is greater than the pressure at the top.
