160 Stat Install and guage at 200?

160 Stat Install and guage at 200? Hello all, well about 5 months ago, I installed a 160 stat on the SS. Well the gauge still reads just below 210 degrees. So I today I installed another 160 stat and the same thing!! I used to have a 95 Z28, and the LT1's had a bleeder screw just for that reason. Is there one for the LS1's? My PCM is tuned for 160 by the way.

Our factory gages are not accurate, my car was tuned with a 160 t-stat and my guage reads around 200 but on the scanner its about 175* so dont go by the guage, make sure you dont have any air pockets in the radiator either.
