I bought my car at a deal from this guy but I have know idea wat size cam i have? Most friends think its ms3 or ms4.. i have no idea and the reason i ask is bc i found a cheap set of 243 heads imma upgrade the valves/lifters/springs and was wondering not knowing my cam specs would it be problem?

As long as you make sure all the measurements for PTV clearance and pushrod length are correct and PTV is within spec you can have whatever cam you want

if your not a newb to motors you should be aable to have a very general idea of what the cam specs may be.......99.9% sure your cam is no bigger than .650 lift,so get rid of those behives for some double springs good for.650 lift........again, properly check your ptv clearence, but i usually just put a socket and breaker bar on the balncer bolt and rotate the motor to make sure its not hitting........and its probly not an ms3 or 4.....id say there are about 50-75 off the shelf grinds out there that sounds just like them.
