Last ? on my Intake setup Well I want to say everyone thanks for the advice thanks for all ur patience I just want the bst build for my money I decided to go with a LS6 manifold now my question is if I can grind the LS6 snout or mouth bigger to a 80mm 85mm TB?

Get an S3 throttle body.
Porting a stock TB get's NO BETTER than that. Save the time and the money, and the heartache from when the grinder jumps and you **** your intake up.
Just get the S3 and run it. You'll love it.
Someone correct me if im wrong, isnt the mouth already 85mm as the throttle body is also 85mm? On a stock zo6 (ls6) and 01 up corvette coupes, my 01 stock with a zo6 manifold and a 85mm t body
