Default P0101 code problems

I have a stock 2000 ss camaro and it is throwing a p0101 code. I posted this before but thought I'd start a new post. Car will start up fine for the first start-up but will spudder at idle until it eventually stalls unless i give it some gas. At times it seems as though when i step on the gas pedal it doent even sense it. I tried cleaning maf sensor and even replaced with a known working maf but still no luck. Any other suggestions cuz i wasnt really sure what else would cause the p0101 code?
