Default Sheet metal elbow and MAP sensor

Is it ok to mount the map sensor on the back of the elbow next to the brake booster hose? It is an Aarons sheet metal elbow with the provisions for them on the back of it. I didn't know if that would be ok, or if I must mount the map on one of the runners of my Super Victor Jr. intake.
Thanks.

I know many people have mounted theirs on a runner, but I was needing to know if mounting it on the back of the elbow would be ok. Thank you tho!

Not that anyone cares, but I am standing here with a drill in my hand waiting to hear if this will work.
