Default PVC valve grounded to head

Any reason why? Replacement valves have no ground wire.

thanks

You could run a jumper between the PCV grommet, PCV valve & then to ground.

Other than the fact that it's an un-grounded metal object around electronics, there is no reason. It's not as if it's an un-grounded sensor that won't operate without a ground. Personally, I wouldn't & don't ground it. Fuel rail, yes; PCV valve no.

i wouldnt worry aout that ground strap, all it does is helps conduct heat to the valve from the cylinder head.
