Default ls1 to lq4 swap on stock tune?

Hello guys, replacing a blown ls1 with a 6.0 longblock. Stock lq4 cam, stock 317 heads are staying on it till I decide what direction this car will take on NA or FI. Swapping all acessories, intake, fuel rail, and injectors over(01-02 28lb/hr). As well as UD pulley, and ARH 1 7/8 headers. My only concern is the tune. We have 2 options and just want it to run safely for a few weeks till I can get a tune done on the car.

-One PCM is bone stock tune from an 02 parts car.

-Second one was from the 01 project car, was tuned speed density with lid and pacesetters.

My instinct is to use the stock pcm so the car can compensate and learn, I feel like the one on speed density is a bad idea.

Last question is what gas to run till its tuned? LQ4 is setup for 87, but pcm is set up for 93 on either?

Get your pcm tuned for the new motor first.

Any more opinions, doesnt seem like a tall order for stock tune to comp for 20ci and a smaller cam
