do some suspension modes ,lower control arms and drag radials and alot more.get a CAI and a ls6 intake.get a 3600+rpm stall converter.install a thunder racing 224r cam pkg .get a mail order tune by frost.whats your budget ?do you want ported heads ?you don't need a roll bar until 11.50,you will need a drive shaft lop,and helmet.

To OP, Assuming your car is already in good running order. Traction and launching is key IMO. If I was you I'd try to hit up a drag strip before hand work on your launching and play around with tire pressure.

Echoed here too. Exactly what I though reading through some post in Newbie section for first time.
Got bored today and even saw some contradictions and decided to post them. Was 78mm Fast, now it's 92mm. Was SLP MAF, now GM 85mm. Was FIPK, now its lid and Chris1313 setup. Easily swayed much??
