Update...
Looks like its worth ~2-3 tenths on a good H/C car. Typically was in the high 11.2 to 11.3 range in similar weather. Ran 11.08 with it this past weekend
it was still a tad rich...I'll lean it out some and retry soon

why choke the 90mm setup with a 78 mm maf???
The LS1edit MAF tables I found on here for descreened Z06 mafs (with the calibration resistor cut out if bought from SLP or whatnot) were VERY close in tune

Good thing is it'll provide the fresh air to the pCV but will also draw on the excess at WOT since high velocity flow over an orifice causes a slight vacuum.

I would wait on the intake untill you get your heads or maybe a package deal for all of them. The 90mm LSX intake would be to much for a stock bolt on car wait for H/C.

I just tallked with Texas Speed and TPIS and they both said you can run a small breather on the valve cover fresh air tube and it would be ok for a street driven car with the pcv system and that there would be no problems with the pcv system.

My setup will pull a slight vacuum at WOT to help get rid of combustion gas buildup

Yea I here what your saying and I keep trying to picture what the difference would be between the fresh air hose and a small breather would be. GM hooked it up to the T/B for a reason emmissions I guess. Maybe even plug the fitting off at the valve cover and run a metco breather at the oil spout. Which way do you think the air flows from the T/B through the freash air hose to the valve cover or valve cover to the T/B?
