Default 1998 Camaro dead spot 3000rpm in second gear

I have a 1998 Camaro z28 a4 with a dead spot 3000rpm in second gear. If I hold second gear and I have thorttle half way down it hits 3000rpm at 40mph(3.23 gear) it hits a major dead spot, and it acts like it missing. Also does the same thing in 3rd at 60rpm at 3000rpmScanned for codes with cheap scanner and only codes I have are for EGR, air pumps and low voltage O2(due to LT's).

The car has 177500 on the clock it from what I know transmission is not rebuilt. So is it maybe a trans issue with it slipping or what?
