The "super light weight" description, combined with the inexpensive price would make me wary.
Perhaps someone who has bought this will provide some input.

longtubes are pretty light compared to manifolds and cats

I have ebay longtubes, not from that seller though. I had my hookers rust right through, so I bought cheap stainless ones. They've been on my car over 2 years and so far no issues.

eBay headers usually require modification to the header or the k member

You get what you pay for. Costly headers fit nice and tight to your car and don't require modification.
