magnaflow, hooker, or TSP true duals
I currently have kooks LT headers going into a crappy kooks ORY with no cats, slp plumbing with a magnaflow bullet, and it is way to raspy, sounds like a bunch of cans bouncing around in there, kind of embarrest to get down on it. wondering if i should get the magnaflow catback http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...ne=all&id=8919
or hooker cat back http://www.texas-speed.com/p-377-hoo...st-system.aspx
or Texas speed true duals http://www.texas-speed.com/c-137-tru...t-systems.aspx ( not sure if i can use my chassis mounted torque arm with this one)
i dont want it to loud for cruising but sound good at the same time and would like to get rid of most rasp without restricting to much flow, at wot i do want to be noticed though. any help would be appreciated

I've used and been around a lot of Fbodies with various catbacks. I've only ever heard 2 catbacks that can complete in sound quality with duals. Those 2 are the TSP Rumbler and GMMG, which are basically the same thing... I'd go with the duals.

If you go with duals, be prepared for LOUD ...
I don't like the cannon tips on the Magnaflow, but the muffler is good at cancelling out rasp.
Hooker has suffered some quality control issues recently. Other than that, it has good sound quality but is not completely effective at killing rasp.

Duals are fking perfect. I've had flowmaster, and loudmouth, I wasn't about to try another catback. Instead I opted for duals like I should of the first time. While cruising it sounds soooo good, and when you get on it....It's simply sounds amazing. It's easy to let everyone know you have a top notch exhaust(best money can buy), with a slight push of the pedal.

you have 2 options:
true duals from TSP + any muffler (call and verify if their merges are fixed now)
or the proven pat g style 3"/4" flowmaster merge w/ 4" cutout and any 3" catback.
just get a muffler shop to rework the bends if u want to use the TSP setup.
remember, x pipe outflows any y setup.
and the pat g method is the best y setup.

If you're looking to get rid of rasp, but not spend a lot of money, have a new merge welded in the y-pipe. A lot of the rasp comes from the merge setup.
