That dyno sheet seems to really take off after 3k rpms. I cant tell the rpms but from where the Tq/HP meet and judging it off that which would be 5252, looks to be around 3k rpms.

This was a 6 speed car. We weren't very aggressive with the timing on the tune mainly because it was 99* the day it was tuned, nearly 80% humidity and the DA was hovering around 3000 so we left some timing out of it that could of made some more power and we left it at 13.0 AFR for the most part.

We told the customer if he wanted to really put down a number to bring it back in October or November and we would put the timing back to 28* and lean it out a few tenths and put that 475rwhp number up on the board. I have no doubt that with an electric water pump and a ported Fast 102 it would of made 480 at the tire in the heat and over 490 in the cool?

What heads should I go with?
You definately get what you pay for. That being said I'm running a MS4/TSP Stage 2.5 LS6(243s) and the same convertor. Mine puts down 445 rwhp/394 Ft#s torque thru a 12 bolt rear. It has no weight reduction (including me) and runs 11.20s@120mph. I bought my heads back when all you had to chose from was TSP or Patriot. TSPs,AFRs and Trick Flows aftermarket castings are the ones to get if its in your budget. If not these 2.5 TSP LS6 are holding their own pretty good.

Im a trick flow 220cc/polluter owner. I wouldn't personaly consider anything but trick flow after my experience. You get what you pay for.....
An after market head has lots of benifits. Including HP's.. Nothing is worse than sitting there after that first test drive and knowing you left a good bit on the table Its only money, imo....

Glad you are a satisfied customer!

That was through a M6 FWIW and it was HOT outside and HUMID! 98* and nearly 80% so we had to back off of the tune AFR wise and timing wise to keep it safe.

I'm completely sure it would make 475+ in the cooler fall months with a slightly leaner AFR and 1-2* more timing.
