Where at in South east mo?

You can find block off plates at the ws6store i believe. If you have a ls1 intake you'll need the egr block off also. Yes use the band clamps. I found some replacement header bolts on ebay for pretty cheap

Ya race style. Do I need both air and egr block offs? And I'm in desloge about an hour south of stl. Near farmington. I guess you can reuse the stock bolts and gaskets or no?

I will be selling a pair of almost new (less than 200 miles on them) O2 extensions, if your interested send me a PM. I am switching to Corvette O2's.
I reused my stock gaskets, but not bolts.
What size primaries did you get?

I'd reuse the bolts but not gaskets. Go with GM MLS gaskets IMO.

If u go with new bolts gm is cheap and they have changed the grade to a stronger bolt less chance of breaking

for the egr all you need is the block off plate for the intake. the AIR you can just remove the entire system as the only use for the system was to heat the cats up quicker.

If you remove all this beaware your ses light will be on untill you get a tune an get it all deleted out. It wont hurt just letting you know. Also use alittle copper gasket spray on the gaskets an anti seize on the bolts.

Like others have said you just need a block off for where the EGR went into the LS1 intake, and you can simply delete all the AIR components. OP feel free to give me a call Ill be happy to go over everything with you. I can also get you the bolts, gaskets, and anything else you might be looking for to complete the swap.
