Default PCV Delete Question

Hey everybody, I deleted my pcv and ran a breather on the oil fill and the passenger side port. My worry is that oil will come out of the breather on the oil fill and start a fire on my turbo headers. Can I just run a breather on the idle air port on the passenger side instead of the filler breather?

Don't they make a cover type thing for the filter to prevent that? Only way I know to describe it is like a shower cap for the little filter.

Oil is going to come out of the rocker cover ports as well, get a catch can and vent both rocker covers to the can.
You have a turbo on this motor ?

ya im going to run 8lbs of boost and im sure that will up the pressure... just didn't know if the two valve cover ports would vent enough or if you need that filler cap filter to let off the extra...

my pipe goes an inch or two from the filler neck anyone know what kind of heat these can take heh?

Venting both rocker covers to a vented catch can solved my crank case pressure problems.

Give this a read... https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...rs-inside.html
