rear plug on ls1 intake

Default rear plug on ls1 intake

the rear plug that holds the map sensor. the intake i got is missing it. anyone know where i can get one?

Junkyard parts, not sold separate from the manifold (new)...

I don't believe those can be taken out. Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I think I saw a video where the intake or the plug had to be damage to remove it.

i think thats pretty stupid how thats designed, i guess the intake is pretty much junk then..

are we speaking LS6 or LS1 intake? title says LS1 if thats the case then it might not be worth modifying but anyway..that plug was designed to come out but only few has done it without damaging the whole thing. it is supposed to be quarter turn pull iirc but it is VERY stiff. i tried to unplug mine just for fun and i couldnt do it. ive seen some people drilling a hole and replace the map with success. try the search and see or someone could chime in..i would have gave you my ls1 intake but i live overseas and shipping would cost 2 LS6 intakes
