Default broken exhaust manifold bolts
i have a broken exhaust manifold bolt. was flush with manifold. can I weld nut to broken off bolt and try to remove or will that make to much heat for aluminium head? engine in engie stand.

Short answer: yep. When I do that, I use the heat from the welding, to help loosen the stud, by turning it, while it's still hot.
