Electric cutout help!
if it goes the wrong way, reverse them.
The ones I've seen have a gear motor and you won't
be able to move the blade without turning it, unless you
can loosen the coupler (Allen screws most likely, and
good luck with that if they're rusty).
It's going to be easier to do this on the bench than
on the car. If you can get it apart and lube the gear
section, you might get it back to working. But these
unfortunate gizmos have a rough life.
