243s to 862s ???
If so, how much?
This is in my CC Truck and it's a dog off the line, would this help or make things worse?
Unfortuneately I got a long road ahead of me until I can afford a Turbo kit so I need help getting as much N/A out of this little bastard as possible.
Any suggestions?
that pull timing on an older ('99) truck big time in 1st
gear. Trucks also get a crappy timing table and PE mode
held off, from the factory. The burst knock delta cylinder
air value wants doubled, at least, to keep you from the
spark pull under hard acceleration - it's supposed to be
dealing with opening-throttle, but the air mass run-up
with RPM (following VE slope) triggers it too if the BK
threshold is too low (like the trucks' 0.010 value). If you
set it like a car it'll drive like a car, or more so.
Now a fat body and the likely tall gears that the fuel-
sipper motor option probably gets you, don't help
either. But those are more difficult to do much about
on the cheap.
