i have heard a few people doing the ls2 90mm intake and 317 heads on ls1 bottem end anyone else here this do this and power difference?

 

317 heads the cumbustion chamber is larger so your gunna loose compression

 

this i know and is true i have heard people doing a ls2 upper end on the 5.7 ls1 bottem end just wondering if ay did it and noticed a huge difference

 

ls2 and ls6 heads are 243's... TONS of people put them on the ls1 bottOm end.. read a lil... sorry.. buts its like you havent read a single thread if you have to ask that.. just about EVERY SINGLE HEADS CAM INTAKE THREAD mentions 243's AT LEAST once somewhere in the thread..

 

243s are common like was stated, but ive seen nothing good about the LS2 intake.

 

Ahhhhhh.......... where do you get your info???? LS2 intakes are the WORST!!! Terrible intakes.....

 

LOL read that again.. Ive seen NOTHING good about the LS2 intake. Hell, Hot Rod Mag did a dyno test with one, and I think they lost power.
